🧢 Returns – Let’s Keep It Real
We accept returns only in the following cases:
You received the wrong item
The product was damaged during delivery
The size you received doesn’t match your selected size
Manufacturing defects (very rare, but we’re human too)
Conditions for return:
Must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
Include the original invoice or order number for quick processing
Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return pickup or drop-off depending on your pincode.
💸 Refunds – No Dhakkan Drama
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
Refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 working days
In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll issue a Dhakkan Wallet credit or UPI transfer (details will be asked)
🚫 What’s not refundable:
Custom-made / personalized items (because it’s made just for you)
“Change of mind” or “I didn’t like it” cases
Size issues if incorrect size was selected during checkout
🚚 Exchanges – We Got You
Want a different size or design? We offer one-time free size exchange per order (for eligible products). Shipping for the exchange is covered by us — because we like happy Dhakkans.
