📍 Where We Ship We ship all over India — from metro cities to the chillest towns. International shipping? Coming soon with a bang. Stay tuned!
🕒 Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Custom or pre-order items may take 3–5 days, depending on design & availability.
We hustle Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends/holidays will be processed next working day.
🚛 Shipping Time & Charges Standard Shipping: 4–7 working days (₹69 flat rate)
Express Shipping (when available): 2–4 working days (₹149 flat rate)
Free Shipping on orders above â‚ą999 (India only)
We use reliable courier partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, and India Post, depending on your pin code.
🔍 Order Tracking Once shipped, you’ll receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number. You can track your Dhakkan drop in real-time.
🤷‍♂️ Delays? We’re on it. Sometimes couriers mess up or weather goes rogue. If your order is delayed, shoot us an email at support@dhakkan.in or DM us on Instagram @dhakkan_in. We’ll chase them down like true vadodara warriors.

❗Wrong Address? Entered the wrong address or pin code? Let us know within 12 hours of ordering at support@dhakkan.in — else we can’t promise a fix.

Unclaimed orders after 15 days = cancelled, no refund. We don’t hold grudges, but rules are rules.
