1. General
   These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use this website or place any orders.

2. Products & Services
   Dhakkan.in offers custom printing services, digital design services, and personalized merchandise. All items are made-to-order as per customer specifications.

3. Order & Payment
   All orders must be prepaid.
   Payments are accepted via UPI, debit/credit cards, bank transfer, or other approved payment gateways.
   Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
   Please review your design or artwork carefully before placing the order.

4. Pricing & Taxes
   All prices are displayed in INR and include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.
   Prices are subject to change without notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   We ship within India and internationally using reliable courier partners.
   Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
   Customers must provide accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

6. Returns & Refunds
   As most products are personalized, we do not accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping.
   Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.
   Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Designs & Intellectual Property
   All designs created by Dhakkan.in or submitted by customers must not infringe on any third-party rights.
   By submitting a design, you confirm that you have full rights to use it.
   Dhakkan.in reserves the right to use finished designs/images for marketing purposes unless the customer opts out.

8. User Conduct
   You agree not to:
   • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
   • Transmit any harmful or unlawful content.
   • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the website.

9. Limitation of Liability
   Dhakkan.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this site or any of its services or products.

10. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in Vadodara, Gujarat, through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
