Cancellations

Email info@dhakkan.in with your order number. We can cancel and refund in full before dispatch. After that, use a return.

Returns & exchanges

• Within 7 days of delivery.
• Unworn, unwashed, tags and packing intact.
• Write to us with the order number; we send return steps.

Damaged or wrong

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We replace or refund — that one is on us.

Refunds

Approved returns go back to the original method via Razorpay, usually within 5–7 business days. Original shipping is kept unless the fault was ours.
