Who can order
You must be 18 or older (or shopping with a parent/guardian) and able to enter a valid contract. You're responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.
Products & drops
We release streetwear in limited drops. Colours and finishes can vary slightly from your screen, and stock is limited — once a drop sells out it may not return. We do our best to show products accurately but don't warrant that every detail is error-free.
Pricing & payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and, where applicable, include taxes. Charges shown at checkout are final for that order.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets).
- If a price or product is listed in error, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.
Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email, but we may refuse or cancel an order (e.g. suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors) and will refund any amount already paid.
Shipping, returns & refunds
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and cancellations, returns and refunds by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Both form part of these Terms.
Intellectual property
The Dhakkan name, logo, designs, artwork, photos and copy on this site are owned by us or our artists and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site — no attempts to break, scrape, overload or defraud it, and no unlawful activity.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Dhakkan is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the store. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of Vadodara, Gujarat, India.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store means you accept the current version.
