Where we ship
We currently ship across India. For deliveries outside India, write to info@dhakkan.in before ordering and we'll let you know if we can help.
Processing time
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. Fresh drops and sale periods can take a little longer — we'll keep you posted.
Delivery time
After dispatch, standard delivery within India typically takes 5–8 business days, depending on your location and courier.
Shipping charges
Any shipping charges are calculated and shown clearly at checkout before you pay. We run free-shipping offers from time to time — watch the drops.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email your tracking details so you can follow it to your door.
Delays
We can't control delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events beyond our control, but we'll always help you chase a stuck parcel.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your address at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping charge.
